Let's volunteer at "Burakan Mates"
You can participate without knowing anything about birds
Burakan Mates is a group that manages "Blatto(Trans=Casual) Observation walking". Members are people who want to know about the creatures include wild birds of Yatsu Higata, and people who have a hobby of bird watching.
At the observation session, members of Burakan Mates share various roles, observing wild birds around Yatsu Higata, explaining how to handle binoculars, and explaining the wild birds that can be seen in Yatsu Higata every season. The roles to be shared are not limited to those that require knowledge of wild birds. If you don't know wild birds, don't worry, we welcome you, so please feel free to join us if you are interested.
In addition, on the 4th Saturday, we hold a study session for members, Self "Buratto" Walking and Self "Buratto" Walking lesson which also serves as a preview of the next week's observation session, in an effort to improve the level of the observation session and the members themselves.

Introducing the division of roles by Burakan Mates.
The members of Burakan Mates who participated on the day will decide the division of roles and the observation course. Also, prepare materials and observation equipment.
We collect participation fees, create name tags, distribute materials, and rent binoculars.
We will explain today's theme and observation schedule to participants, give various notes, and guide them to the observation location.
For participants prior to observation、we will explain the highlights of the observation session. We will also look back after the observation.
I will explain how to handle binoculars
During the observation session, we will alert the participants so that there are no accidents.
The purpose is to improve the ability to identify birds at observation meetings held voluntarily by members. It also serves as a preview of the next week's observatory, which is useful as an observation guide on the day of the observatory. We also hold "voluntary lectures" in which members serve as instructors.
Date and time: Every 4th Saturday from 9:30 am to 12:00 am
During the time of Self "Buratto" Walking lesson、the members will act as instructors and explain the themes they have chosen. Examples of themes: bird barks, bird anatomy, migratory birds, the phases of the moon.
