Special exhibition: "Relationship between plants and creatures around Yatsu Higata "
[November 2nd (Sat) -December 1st (Sun), 2019]
Yatsu Higata is famous as a habitat for waterfowl, but it has been 25 years since trees were planted around Yatsu Higata. The trees have grown into rich forests, which in turn have become habitats for insects and land birds.
This exhibition focuses on the new natural environment surrounding this Yatsu Higata and introduces the richness of nature through the relationship between plants and creatures. This is a compilation of information collected over three years by the Nature Information Team as part of its regular activities.
On this homepage, we will introduce the contents with photos of each exhibition panel.
Below are 13 types of exhibits, each of which is introduced.
